Known as the "Yellow House", this unique Victorian style house is one of Vancouver's oldest, built in 1896. This little house was one of the few that survived the greatest fires in Vancouver history. Umberto's was established here in 1973 and is Umberto Menghi's first restaurant.

Next to Il Giardino, Umberto's opens through French doors which enables us to offer our guests a private dining area.

Umberto's is ideal for small gatherings such as wedding and anniversary dinners, business meetings, wine tasting, etc.. The "wine room" as it is called, spills onto a lovely "secret garden" which is perfect for cocktail receptions, and out of the way dining on warm evenings.

Open for lunch Monday through Friday at 12:00 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. Small to medium groups are always welcome. Valet parking for lunch and dinner. Click here to make reservations.
